both a project manager and technical lead, and
driving the pursuit of new programs and funding
opportunities, with a primary focus on government
contracts. I have extensive experience collaborating
directly with customers and sponsors, assisting them
in shaping their technical visions, aligning project
goals, and delivering innovative technical solutions
that meet their needs.
